These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Foxes.ai website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Foxes.ai provides workflow automation services, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems ("Digital Workers"). The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
2. Account and Access
When you request a quote or engage our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided to you.
3. Service Agreements
Specific services are governed by separate service agreements that outline:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Pricing and payment terms
- Service level agreements
- Termination conditions
In case of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement will prevail.
4. Free Tools
We provide free planning tools hosted on subdomains of foxes.ai. These tools are provided "as is" without warranty. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these tools at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
The Foxes.ai website, brand, and proprietary tools are owned by us. Any automation systems we build for you are subject to the terms in your service agreement, which typically provides you with ownership of the custom workflows and documentation.
6. Guarantee
Our 20-hour savings guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The workflow must be approved by Foxes as automatable
- Client provides necessary access and information
- Client uses the workflow as implemented
Details of the guarantee are specified in individual service agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxes.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the nature of the claim.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxes.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
